Tikare grew up in Lagos, absorbing Juju, Highlife, Apala, Waka and Fuji alongside soul, funk, Latin and jazz before recruiting a London-based ensemble capable of translating that heritage into dance-floor live energy. Based in London, Olubundi are a live collective channelled through diaspora memory, club momentum and funk discipline. Their sound blends Lagos-born rhythms like highlife, juju, and Fuji with Western funk, soul and jazz textures. Followed by a DJ set by SAMYA – Samya is a Melbourne-born, London-based selector whose coefficient of curiosity runs deep. Samya has built a reputation for digging into underground disco, Afro-disco, rare-grooves and global rhythms.
